Do you make my website for me?
YES! We generate a website (just for you!) to sell your goods. You can also keep any of your items private, so you can share payment links with people you choose.
Huh? So Clued’s an app, that also makes my website?
Think of Clued as your swiss-army knife to run your shop. Within the Clued app, you add items to your website, keep track of your orders, manage your customers—all in one place.
Do my customers need to download the Clued app to buy from me?
Nope. All your customers need is the internet and a web link to your goods.
Do you offer buy now pay later?
Yes. It comes included, immediately for you, via Apple Pay. Typically if you have an order of $75 or more, your customers can Tap "Buy with Apple Pay" and then select "Pay Later". You'll get paid instantly, your buyer can pay over time. It's as simple as that.
Can I use Clued like a point-of-sale system?
Absolutely. Clued was built for you to sell your goods wherever you like, including face-to-face. Easily manage your inventory, accept credit cards, cash or barter with seashells. You do you.
How is Clued free?
We have big ambitions for where Clued is headed. We’re taking the most powerful tools built for big brands and redesigning them to be easy and fun, putting the power back in the hands of independent merchants like you.
Over time, we plan on incorporating premium features into the app that will be available alongside what you already get for free. We’re betting some merchants will find value in these features and gladly pay to use them.
How do I skip the queue and download Clued, like, now?
We’re letting sellers in as fast as we can. That being said, if life is feeling empty and dull without Clued in your pocket, reach out with a personal note to help@clued.xyz and we’ll see what we can do ;)
How do I find the words to say I love you?
We love you too. Telling all your seller friends about us is more than enough.
I can’t find Clued in the app store. Why not?
We’re currently in private beta using TestFlight (Apple’s private app store). This allows us to build faster, action feedback, and establish a closer relationship with folks who have early access.
I need some features that you don’t have. Are you going to add them?
We love learning what sellers need to run their business, and what features are most important to you. Don’t be shy. Let us know how we can make Clued better for you.
Do you take a commission on every transaction like Etsy, Ebay, and all of the other centralized marketplaces?
Nope. We do not. We build tools for sellers. We’re not a centralized marketplace. You will, however, be required to cover processing fees when your customer pays with a credit card—just like Shopify and Square.
